CdS Student Parking Instructions & Online Registration Form

  • Registration for incoming Seniors - Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 8am
  • Registration for incoming Juniors - Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 8am

Submitting your online registration will be your timestamp for lot priority. Please scroll down to complete the online registration form and submit it - no need to print. This registration must be completed to get your permit. Once you have submitted the online registration, make a payment to the bookstore, $125, or you may pay through the online Payment portal website.

Once you have registered with the form below, here is what else you will need before you receive your permit:
  1. Print and sign this Rules and Regulations form: 25-26 School Year CDS PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS form - PDF.  You will need to print, sign, and have your parent/guardian sign, as well. 
  2. Make payment: Payment will be available at the bookstore or through the online payment portal (this requires a ParentVUE user name). Here is the link to the website: https://az-tempeunion.intouchreceipting.com/ 
Once you have paid, bring the signed, required Rules and Regulations form and payment receipt to the front office. Please put them in the basket marked "PARKING" on the Principal Assistant's desk. Parking permits will be distributed during book distribution in July.
