With over 29 years of experience in education, I'm passionate about academic excellence and community-building in every aspect of school life. This is my seventh year in the Tempe Union High School District, where I have worked closely with teachers, students, and families to foster collaboration and high-achieving learning environments. Before stepping into high school leadership, I taught English and held roles in higher education, academic intervention, instructional coaching, and supporting school administration teams in various capacities. I have two advanced degrees in Language, Reading, and Culture (University of Arizona) and Educational Leadership (Northern Arizona University).
